Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 2 working days by the Royal Mail. If for any reason we are out of stock, products are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability. The basket will present you with the delivery options vailable and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order, the chart below displays the postage rates.

Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

The basket will calculate the additional postage for you. The full list of postcodes affected are below.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.

Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

Orders with a product value exceeding £5 cannot be sent non recorded.

All KW codes (Postage as above plus £6)
PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £6)
All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)
All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
All GY and JE codes would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.

The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force.

Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.

Returns:

We will accept returns on items in their original condition.
Any faulty or damaged items must be returned within seven working days of receipt. Customers should preferably use recorded mail for their security to following address:

Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The product needs to be returned along with the order number and a description of the fault.
Returned items should be sent recorded for your security.
In case a product arrives safely but fails at some point during the warranty period, there may be additional costs for the replacement. The costs to return the product are at the customer expenses. When a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer expenses.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned, unless sent via special delivery.
• We will not refund, repair or replace items that have become damaged (or lost) in the post unless you have chosen to have your parcel delivered by Recorded Delivery or International Signed Form.
